Refund policy

At Lahore Kite House, all orders are prepared specifically for in-store pickup. Please review your products, quantities, and order details carefully before placing your order.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at the time of pickup.

Once an order has been placed and the advance payment has been received, the order is considered confirmed. Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, and the 50% advance payment is non-refundable.

Customers are requested to inspect their order at the time of pickup. If there is an incorrect or damaged item, please notify our team before leaving the store so we can review and resolve the issue.
